We want you to love every MULTITHREAD product. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags intact
• Exchange or store credit issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
• Refunds to original payment method within 5–7 business days

How to Return

1. Email us at multithreadfashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason
2. We'll arrange a pickup or provide a return address
3. Pack the item securely with all original tags
4. Once received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed

Non-Returnable Items

• Items worn, washed or damaged after delivery
• Items without original tags
• Sale items marked as final sale

COD Orders

For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer. Please share your bank details when initiating a return.
