Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad) may receive orders in 3–5 days.

Is COD available?

Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across India. Simply select COD at checkout.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 have a flat ₹79 shipping charge.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping coming soon.

Products & Sizing

What does GSM mean?

GSM stands for Grams per Square Metre — it measures fabric weight and thickness. Higher GSM = heavier, more premium fabric. Our tees range from 160–260 GSM and our hoodies from 260–400 GSM.

How do I pick the right size?

Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements. For oversized products, we recommend ordering your regular size.

Will the colour fade after washing?

Our products are bio-washed or silicon-washed to minimise colour fading. Wash inside-out in cold water for best results.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy.

How do I initiate a return?

Email multithreadfashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Combo Packs

How do combo packs work?

Select your colour combination and size. For mixed sizes within a combo (e.g. M + L), add a note at checkout specifying which size for each piece. We'll pack accordingly.

Can I mix different products in a combo?

Currently our combos are within the same product type. Cross-product combos (e.g. hoodie + joggers) coming soon.
